Pack 142 Leadership Committee

The Pack 142 Leadership Committee will consist of the following seven (7) members:

1. Cub Master

2. Assistant Cub Master

3. Tiger Den Leader

4. Wolf Den Leader

5. Bear Den Leader

6. Webelos Den Leader

7. Vision Committee Chair

The Cub Master will serve as the Chair of the Leadership Committee. The Assistant Cub Master will serve as Chair should the Cub Master be unable to attend a meeting.

A quorum shall be considered present when at least three (3) of the six (6) voting members are present.

In the case of a tie vote, the Vision Committee Chair may then cast a vote.

The following Vision Committee members will have voting rights:

• Cub Master

• Assistant Cub Master

• Tiger Den Leader

• Wolf Den Leader

• Bear Den Leader

• Webelos Leader

Responsibilities of Chair:

• Call Leadership Committee meetings

• Set agenda for meetings

• Disseminate information from meetings

• Ensure Scouts are progressing toward graduation at a reasonable pace

• Discuss budget issues with Den Leaders

• Take Den Leader concerns back to Vision Committee

• Relay Vision Committee actives to Den Leaders

• Assign Den activities for upcoming Pack meeting
