Responsibilities
The following four (5) Vision Committee members shall serve
on the Recruitment subcommittee:

Representative
Responsibilities:
-
Call for applications for volunteers to fill open
Vision and Leadership Committee positions
-
Review all applications
-
Submit recommendations of volunteers to fill Vision and
Leadership Committee position openings to Vision Committee
-
Plan and execute Spring cub scout recruitment
-
Meet with Special Events subcommittee chair to plan
spring and summer activities to excite new scouts and retain current scouts
-
Plan and execute Fall cub scout recruitment
The Chair of the Recruitment subcommittee may elect to have
Pack 142 parent volunteers serve on their subcommittee. However, serving as a
parent volunteer on the Recruitment subcommittee does not make that volunteer an
official member of the Pack 142 Vision Committee and they therefore do not have
voting rights at Vision Committee meetings.
