Responsibilities
The following three (4) Vision Committee members shall
serve on the Special Events subcommittee:

Assistant Cub Master

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Blue and Gold
Dinner

Assist Cub Master
coordinate the Pine Wood Derby

Assist Cub Master
coordinate the Rain Gutter Regalia
Meet with
Special Events subcommittee chair to plan spring and summer activities to
excite new scouts and retain current scouts
The Chair of the Special Events subcommittee may elect to
have Pack 142 parent volunteers serve on their subcommittee. However, serving as
a parent volunteer on the Special Events subcommittee does not make that
volunteer an official member of the Pack 142 Vision Committee and they therefore
do not have voting rights at Vision Committee meetings.
